Gallons Saved

This counter represents the following calculations related to two significant Tempest Environmental projects in Charlotte North Carolina:

Duke Energy:

As of 8-25-2011:   57,078,432 gallons have been saved and .91 gallons per second are saved in general.

Calc:  61gpm x 90% recovery (.91) x 1440 min/day = 79,056 gal/day

Bank of America:

As of 8-25-2011:  44,352,000 gallons have been saved and .33 gal per second are saved in general.

Calc:  25 gpm x 80% recovery (.8) x 1440 min/day = 28,800 gal/day
